We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Communication Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing various marketing communication strategies to effectively promote our company, products, and services. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, including digital platforms, traditional media, and events. They will focus on attracting and maintaining a customer base by developing and implementing strategies to convey product and service value.

- Design comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and target audience demographics.
- Create compelling content for various communication channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and advertising materials.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining brand integrity and identity.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive media coverage and PR opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products/services and engage with customers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns and make informed decisions.
- Manage the marketing communication budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creative services, to align marketing communication efforts with business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing communication performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

- Proven experience (3-5 Years) in marketing communication roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing communication
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- AMA's Professional Certified Marketer (PMC) a plus.
