We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to become a part of our team! You will be overseeing and implementing activities for a full portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all activities and tasks requested by the Board
- Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
- Attend Board meetings as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in community or property management (salary is based off of experience)
- Familiarity with vendor contracts and requests for proposals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
