We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to become a part of our team! You will be overseeing and implementing activities for a full portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all activities and tasks requested by the Board
  • Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
  • Attend Board meetings as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in community or property management (salary is based off of experience)
  • Familiarity with vendor contracts and requests for proposals
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
