Digital Community Manager

Fullbay is seeking an experienced Digital Community Manager to join the Marketing team. As the leader in the heavy-duty repair shop management space, you'll lead efforts to grow Fullbay's presence across social networks and communities, including developing and launching a new digital community.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting with people and building communities. You'll be tasked with identifying relevant social groups, fostering engagement, creating meaningful relationships, developing an influencer program, and more, to help Fullbay's continued growth.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Have a passion to learn and become an industry expert in commercial repair software and continually monitor changes, trends, and best practices.
  • Design and launch a new digital community that builds on the success of the annual Diesel Connect conference.
    • Develop strategies to maintain and grow community membership
    • Participate in conversations and moderate when necessary
  • Foster relationships with community members as well as influencers across social networks to grow Fullbay's brand presence.
  • Manage and grow our social presence on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, and more.
    • Develop and maintain content calendars and promotional schedules for each platform as well as different Fullbay events.
    • Get creative by building assets, filming video, and putting together social-worthy content from existing programs like webinars or trade shows.
    • Work with Fullbay's creative team to create platform-specific content optimized for each community's style and preferences.
  • Be an expert on emerging trends in social media, evaluating and experimenting as appropriate.
  • Measure key metrics associated with social media and community management.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and conduct monthly readouts to executive and leadership teammates.
  • Support other Marketing team initiatives as necessary to help achieve team and business targets.
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education & Work Experience:

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing) required (or we may consider equivalent experience with demonstrated ability).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital community management with a track record of successfully generating and executing strategies to expand brand awareness.
Preferred:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
  • Familiarity with freight and transportation industries.

  • Proven track record of building and growing online communities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and think strategically.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient understanding of Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong project management and time management capabilities.
  • Data-driven decision making with the ability and desire to think creatively and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to develop goals and metrics related to social media and community management with the ability to report on them consistently.
