This motivated collaborator will bring their •passion•for all things social to our high-performance, collaborative team. As Community Manager/Junior Social Writer, you will act as a liaison between client brands and their audiences with proactive and reactive content.

NYC Salary range: $74,000 - $85,000
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Engaging audiences: serve as the central voice responding to and engaging with fans, followers and other stakeholders
- Creating and sharing content: guide the creation of content to fit the needs, desires and unique voice of our brand(s) and their audiences
- Planning and managing content: support the seamless operation of channels and their content
- Collaborating with teams: Work across internal and external teams to support the activation of social strategies
- Analyzing data: Support the ongoing evaluation of work through quantitative and qualitative analysis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 1-3 years of experience in a social, advertising, communications or PR role
- Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Good client and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in word processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software and social media management tools
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
