WHO WE ARE

TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Fire MCN gets an average of 40 million views per day. In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication.

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organize and implement a strong social community across the brand's major social media channels including LinkedIn, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and X/Twitter
  • Actively engage with the Fire Nation community across all social media platforms - including replying to comments, DMs, and other approved creator/brand socials
  • Expand brand presence by leveraging social media trends and insights while staying true to brand guidelines and tone
  • Track and analyze the performance of all content.
  • Compile and present weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate across departments to create innovative marketing campaigns and promotional items that support all TBNR Productions-related brands and products
  • Attend major TBNR moments and shoots to capture content for brand socials
  • Ensure all promotional needs are met and original marketing/promotional assets are created when required
  • Work with marketing lead on developing and executing a social media calendar on Monday.com
  • Help to organize and manage social assets including photos, graphics, copy, etc. to one shared location
  • Identify online trends and leverage existing brand assets and footage to engage the community whenever possible
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of proven experience in community engagement and social media management.
  • Deep understanding of brand identity - including personality, tone, and language adjustments for each social platform
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on content performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on online moments
  • Creativity in organizing user-generated content activations and marketing campaigns
