As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate College Community Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: The College Community Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at engaging college students and building a strong community around the Bubble Skincare brand. This role will focus on creating meaningful connections, promoting brand awareness, and driving student-led initiatives that resonate with our target audience. The manager will oversee one College Marketing Coordinator and an intern, providing leadership and mentorship to support their growth and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with college students, organizations, and influencers to foster a vibrant Bubble community on campuses.
  • Leadership: Supervise and mentor the College Marketing Coordinator and intern, providing guidance and support in executing marketing initiatives and professional development.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute on-campus events, workshops, and pop-up shops that promote Bubble Skincare products and educate students about skincare.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy tailored to college audiences, leveraging platforms popular among students (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand visibility.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with student ambassadors to create authentic content that highlights Bubble products, skincare routines, and self-care practices.
  • Market Research: Conduct surveys and gather feedback to understand student preferences, trends, and needs in the skincare market.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with campus organizations, influencers, and local businesses to enhance brand presence and community involvement.
  • Brand Advocacy: Recruit and manage a team of student ambassadors who will promote Bubble Skincare through word-of-mouth, events, and social media.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (current students may be considered).
  • Experience in marketing, community engagement, or event planning, preferably within a college setting.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams or projects.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends popular among college students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire others.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and empowering young individuals.
