Requirements:
As our chosen Assistant Community Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations at Elevate Apartments, a 259 conventional apartment community located in downtown Minneapolis. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support the property management team and foster a positive community environment.

Requirements
To thrive in this role:
Must have at least 6 months of experience working as an Assistant Community/Property Manager at a multi family community of 100+ units
Have experience with Market Rate High Rise properties in metropolitan sub-market (at least 60 units or more)
Exceptional time management and problem solving skills
Ability to deliver excellent customer service, including responsiveness to tenant needs and community engagement
Ability to handle complaints and ensure community standards are upheld
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors and local authorities
Have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operations
Must have a valid driver's license
