Responsibilities
- Assist Community Managers in developing and implementing strategic plans for community associations.
- Collaborate with Community Managers in preparing and presenting reports, budgets, and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with governing documents, laws, and regulations.
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Assist in the coordination of community events, meetings, and workshops.
- Respond promptly to homeowners' inquiries and work to resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify potential problems or issues.
Requirements
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to community association management. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and board members.

Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven customer service experience or similar position.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs
- Ability to maintain extended periods of sitting and standing throughout the workday.
- Continuous engagement in verbal communication with clients, guests, supervisors, associates, and vendors.
- Proficient communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions to effectively address business-related matters.
