Growing property management company is seeking Assistant Community Managers to assist in the daily operations of two of our sister properties located in the Houston Medical Center area. Melia and Monarch Apartments are a combined 476 unit apartment complex located.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager;

  • Collect, post and deposit rental and other income within 24 hours of collection.
  • Keep all lease files current and complete.
  • Maintain dead files in proper condition.
  • Prepare and deliver all delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
  • Review all lease files prior to move-in.
  • Schedule renewals or move-outs.
  • Conduct resident move-outs in accordance with state law and company standards.
  • Assume Community Manager’s responsibilities when not available.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

  • 2+ years in Multifamily property management, proven track record of success
  • Strong admin and communication skills.
  • Takeover experience, strongly preferred.
  • Tax credit experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Yardi experience, strongly preferred
  • Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test

COMPENSATION:

  • $22- 25/Hr. depending on role and experience.
  • Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities
