About The Role
The Content Specialist works under the daily supervision of the Communications Manager and is responsible for executing unpaid digital marketing initiatives. Youll create compelling content, optimize digital assets, and help grow The Classic Centers owned media channels. Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management: Write, edit, and proofread email campaigns, blog posts, website updates, and marketing materials.
- Campaign Execution: Schedule and deploy email campaigns while monitoring performance metrics like engagement and delivery rates.
- Website Management: Keep website content fresh, accurate, and optimized for SEO. Monitor traffic and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics for email, website, and blog content, presenting actionable insights to the team.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align content with organizational priorities and marketing strategies.
- Innovation: Stay on top of digital marketing trends, experimenting with tools like A/B testing, personalization strategies, and user behavior analytics to enhance engagement.
What Were Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven expertise in content creation, email marketing, or digital marketing.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SEO best practices, experience with analytics tools, and comfort with website and email management platforms.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to writing, editing, and proofreading content.
- Innovation & Adaptability: An eagerness to explore emerging trends and adapt strategies to reach diverse audiences effectively.
