Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, product release information, API documentation, and more
- Collaborate with software developers, operation managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand the technical aspects of products and services.
- Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Create visual aids such as diagrams, screenshots, and flowcharts to enhance the understanding of technical content.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect product updates, new features, and changes in technology.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and guidelines.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a documentation repository and content management system.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Strong foundations with Microsoft Excel, Oracle Eloqua
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable for non-technical users.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
