We’re looking for a Marketing Content Creator who can bring energy, organization, and an eye for detail to our marketing team. If you’re a skilled communicator with a passion for content creation, this is your opportunity to make an impact! In this role, you’ll wear many hats: content writer, social media manager, and photographer. You’ll develop engaging blog posts, produce high-quality images and trendy videos, and build content that connects with our audience. Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll play a key role in executing strategies that elevate our brand. Location: This position is located on-site in Remington, IN, and right off of I-65 for an easy commute.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Photography & Videography:

  • Capture attention-grabbing visuals for our marketing campaigns.
  • Candidates with drone certification or a willingness to get certified are a plus.
  • Must be able to contact customers to schedule photo/video shoots.
  • Must be able to travel within our service area. Occasional stayovers may apply.
  • Company vehicle supplied while traveling.


Blog Writing:

  • Collaborate with department experts to write insightful, well-researched, and educational blog posts that engage and inform our audience.
  • Marketing Material Creation:
  • Develop impactful direct mail pieces, brochures, and sales collateral.
  • Design print and digital ads and promotional content that resonates with our customers.


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and plan content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Keep up with social media trends, creating engaging reels, shorts, and TikTok’s that capture attention.
  • Post regularly to grow our online community and drive engagement.
  • Create monthly reports based on insights.
  • Company supplied iPhone to create content.


Marketing:

  • Create clear and engaging communication on our Life at FBi Instagram page.
  • Promote and execute internal events with leadership direction.



REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with camera equipment and a strong visual eye
  • Excellent writing skills and a knack for storytelling
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication and collaborative abilities within a team
  • Research skills to thoroughly explore new topics and trends
  • Creative thinking and graphic design abilities for marketing content.
  • The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Adobe Programs.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Efficient time management and the ability to meet quick deadlines



COMPENSATION:

  • This is a salaried position with a pay range starting at $50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
