Your Role
The Analyst of Content Strategy is responsible for driving the development and execution of pre-season content strategies for key product launches, promotional events, and business initiatives that support growth and strengthen brand equity. This role blends digital merchandising, content strategy, analytics, and creative problemsolving to ensure flawless execution of brand initiatives across Victoria's Secret's digital platforms, including the website and app.

Your Impact
Pre-Season Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in developing and implementing digital content strategies for key product launches and promotional events.
- Maintain a balance between brand-building campaigns and promotional activities, with a focus on driving profitable business growth while strengthening brand equity.
- Lead content planning and execution of content across Victoria's Secret's website and app, ensuring a seamless user experience and engaging product storytelling.
- Develop and manage strategies for global events and site initiatives, including seasonal newness, major promotional events, loyalty programs, gifting campaigns, and sale.
- Build and manage full-funnel seasonal content strategies for key areas such as the homepage, global navigation, app features, and sitewide banners.
- Own merchandising strategy and direction for cross-category collections, including New Arrivals, Sale, and Seasonal Gift Guides.
- Execute seasonal briefings for global initiatives and placements, ensuring cohesive content execution across the website and app.
- Oversee the content calendar to ensure strategic alignment across all platforms and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the digital merchandising team to prioritize product categories for site placement and content, ensuring that high-visibility products are effectively promoted to drive sales.
- Partner with marketing, creative, and copy teams to craft compelling cross-category storytelling that balances promotional efforts with new product launches.
- Innovation & Testing: Work with the testing and Site Elevation teams to implement innovative ideas that enhance the customer experience. Execute content strategies for tests and scale successful outcomes.
- SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize site content for maximum search visibility, including gift guides and trend-driven content.
- Project Management: Manage project plans and deadlines to achieve content objectives on time, anticipating and resolving potential issues before they arise.
- Strategic, analytical and creative thinker that focuses on results
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape and how site and app strategically fits into the customer journey
- Ability to integrate information across a variety of sources and translate it into an effective strategy
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and welcome change as it is presented
- Extensive experience working in teams and managing internal cross-functional deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Merchandising
- 3-5 years in progressive consumer marketing or Digital Merchandising positions for strong brand, with a proven track record in development/execution of developing and leading strategic marketing plans
- Retail/Fashion digital merchandising/marketing a plus
