This role merges creative content development with technical expertise in digital marketing platforms like Pardot to drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement. - Client Communications: Develop and manage regular client email campaigns, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and strategically aligned with sales goals, especially during weather-related events.
- Internal Communications: Support with the monthly internal newsletter, fostering company culture and keeping staff informed and engaged.
- Case Studies: Create compelling case studies on restoration projects to support sales and marketing efforts, highlighting RMC's expertise and success stories.

- Pardot Proficiency: Utilize Pardot to build, test, and deploy email campaigns, making up about 30% of the role. Manage client lists and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize future engagements.
- Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a client content calendar, ensuring consistent delivery of 1-2 pieces of new content per week to keep the audience engaged and informed.

- Sales Support and Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to leverage weather events as marketing opportunities, coordinating efforts to maximize impact and minimize redundancy.
- Asset Management: Manage and maintain marketing assets post-creation; store and catalog these assets for efficient retrieval and reuse.
- SEO and Content Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to all digital content, continually monitoring performance to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Impact Assessment: Work under the guidance of the Director of Marketing to identify the best outlets for marketing assets and monitor their impact, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Research and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure RMC remains a leader in the market. Regularly participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for content and marketing strategies.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning opportunities, especially related to Pardot and other relevant digital marketing tools, to maintain a high level of proficiency and innovation in the role.
Core experience and requirements for the position are as follows:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience:
- Essential: 3-5 years of proven experience in content creation, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and email campaign management. Proficiency in Pardot or similar email marketing platforms is required.
- Preferred: Experience in the restoration industry or a similar field is highly desirable, providing valuable context and understanding of industry-specific challenges and audience needs.
- Content Mastery: Exceptional writing, editing, and digital content production skills, with a track record of crafting engaging content that drives measurable results.
- SEO and Optimization: Deep familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization to enhance online visibility and user engagement.
- Project Management: Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

- Ergonomic Practices: Practice ergonomic principles to prevent musculoskeletal disorders. This includes proper desk setup, using adjustable chairs, and maintaining good posture while seated.
- Office Safety Protocols: Adhere to established office safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. This includes the following guidelines for the proper use of office equipment and ensuring that workspaces are free from clutter to prevent trips and falls.
- Safety Training: Complete all mandatory safety training sessions, including but not limited to hazard communication, emergency response, and safe equipment handling.
- Reporting Safety Concerns: Ability to identify and immediately report any unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents or injuries to supervisors without fear of retaliation.
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures relevant to your specific job site, including evacuation routes, and emergency contacts.
General Physical Abilities:
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
