The Role
DoorLoop is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Strategist with a background in SEO and organic social media. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
* Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for social channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives and campaign goals.
* Content Creation & Curation: Create, curate, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
* Creative Concept Development: Lead ideation and brainstorming of creative social media concepts, campaigns, and engagement tactics, including quizzes, raffles, and fun posts that resonate with DoorLoop's brand and audience.
* Trend Monitoring & Strategy: Drive organic audience growth by monitoring social media trends, testing new approaches, and optimizing content for algorithm performance.
* Collaborative Production: Work closely with design and video teams to produce creative visuals, infographics, and videos that amplify social content and elevate brand storytelling.
* Performance Tracking & Insights: Track social media performance metrics using tools such as HubSpot, Posthog, and Salesforce, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine social strategy.
Content Strategy
* SEO Content Development: Conduct keyword research and create SEO-driven content, including blog posts and guides, that aligns with DoorLoop's business goals and user needs.
* On-Page Optimization: Enhance online content with on-page SEO tactics, including strategic title and intent alignment, internal linking, and metadata optimization.
* Competitive Analysis & Strategy: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify content gaps and strengthen DoorLoop's SEO and content strategy for increased visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
* Experience: 3-5 years in social media and content strategy, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Creative Content & Copywriting: Strong skills in writing and editing, with a focus on developing creative, engaging content for organic social media and SEO.
* Audience Growth Expertise: Proven success in growing and engaging social media audiences through organic content and innovative strategies.
* Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to translate social media and SEO data into actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
* CSM Familiarity: Familiarity with content management systems like Webflow.
* Experience in real estate or property management.
* Proven ability to excel in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments.
* Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Posthog, and Webflow.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and open to new ideas.
