You will collaborate with AI tools, content editors, tax subject matter experts, and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality content across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do
Content Management & Strategy
- Plan, implement, and optimize workflows for AI-assisted content creation.
- Coordinate content creation and distribution across multiple channels:
- Websites, blogs, and help center articles
- Social media and email campaigns
- Print advertisements and event materials
- Maintain organized libraries of content and AI-generated drafts for future use.
- Develop strategies to ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand voice and quality standards.
- Leverage performance data to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
Content Quality Assurance
- Review and refine all content for grammatical accuracy, adhering to AP style and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with tax reviewers to verify technical accuracy.
- Work closely with editors to maintain tone, messaging, and brand voice consistency.
- Conduct rigorous quality control of AI-generated content, including grammar, syntax, readability, and SEO optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to improve content performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all educational content on tax-related topics is clear, accurate, and engaging, tailored for newsletters, blogs, and SEO-focused materials.
- Track and manage content versions, revisions, and approvals to maintain quality and consistency.
Process Development
- Maintain content management workflows that integrate AI tools and human oversight.
- Develop systems for tracking high-volume content production and timelines.
- Optimize AI tool usage through prompt engineering and quality monitoring.
- Maintain content calendars and production schedules.
Project Coordination
- Facilitate efficient communication between cross-functional teams, including AI specialists, editors, and marketing stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of content by managing deadlines and tracking project milestones.
- Align content projects with broader marketing objectives and campaigns.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in content management or marketing, with exposure to AI tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional grammar and adherence to AP style.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and performance analytics.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Strong process development and workflow optimization skills.
- Ability to balance creative problem-solving with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and adaptability to new technologies.
Nice to Have
