The Royal Caribbean Group's Global eCommerce team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Web Content Producer reporting to the Manager, CEI Ecommerce Performance.

This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary
The Senior Producer of Web Content creates and publishes content for Celebrity Cruises via Adobe Experience Manager CMS, supports day-to-day Web Content administration, and assists the ecommerce team with content marketing projects. The senior producer is responsible for guiding, supporting, and executing the development and implementation of the content marketing strategy across key branded & corporate content marketing initiatives.

The individual will serve as a subject matter expert of CelebrityCruises.com AEM content management authoring capabilities, as well create a vision for enhancing content authoring components. Additionally, the candidate will lead large scale content publishing projects, work with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and supervise content QA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, optimize, publish, test and maintain AEM Webpages and content in coordination with the broader ecommerce team and brand stakeholders
  • Convert conceptual designs into AEM Webpages utilizing existing components and or custom HTML and CSS while adhering to brand guidelines, SEO and UX best practices
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects with different degrees of effort and complexity in a fast-paced environment
  • Support Manager in defining Web content project scopes, strategy and technical feasibility
  • Own content projects as assigned by Manager, from project intake and assessment through publishing, and ensure projects and tasks are completed accurately and on-time
  • Audit content and AEM components, experience fragments and configuration settings to identify risks and opportunities, and work with Web Content Manager to develop a roadmap to reduce risks and capitalize on areas of opportunity
  • Initiate and drive AEM and content research and project initiatives that contribute to overall Ecommerce strategies
  • Become familiar with all content on and added to the site to ensure adherence to marketing strategy and guidelines
  • Work with Product, Engineering and QA teams to create Web functionality enhancement stories involving content updates or AEM component configurations
  • Test AEM components, authoring functionality and platform features, conduct QA, analyze issues, troubleshoot, document defects, and escalate as needed
  • Serve as onsite POC and in-house "expert" for AEM authoring capabilities and Master Data configuration
  • Create AEM training guides as a resource for team members to reference and is the point person for onboarding new team members
  • Manage a work stream for a variety of content, while staying within Brand, Style Guidelines and approved messaging
  • Own assignments end-to-end as assigned and overseen by Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education, Knowledge & Skills
  • The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding and working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • 5+ years of Web and/or digital content experience with an enterprise ecommerce website
  • 3+ years Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content authoring and publishing experience required, ideally with multi-site taxonomy
  • Strong knowledge of UX best practices and wire framing
  • Proficient in editing/replicating HTML and CSS, and creating basic custom HTML snippets
  • Experience editing and resizing images and content assets in Photoshop
  • Experience with large scale content audits and content QA
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills
  • Familiarity with a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
