Job Goal:
The Content Marketing Manager will strategically enhance the IAC's brand presence by developing and managing content across multiple platforms. The role involves creating dynamic content to drive engagement, build community connections, and support marketing initiatives. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Content Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement creative content strategies across various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), websites, and email campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in voice, messaging, and IAC branding across all digital platforms.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing content, including articles, blogs, newsletters, event promotions, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with regional teams and program managers to ensure content reflects the IAC's mission and aligns with its goals.
- Work closely with technical teams to maintain SEO-friendly content and ensure compliance with digital marketing standards.
- Project Coordination:
- Liaise with freelance writers, graphic designers, and media partners for content creation.
- Manage community outreach and engagement initiatives through strategic content tailored to IAC's audiences.
- Oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and KPIs are achieved.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Partner with the social media team to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of online marketing strategies and social media engagement.
- Utilize data analytics to inform content adjustments and improve outreach performance.
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role; Preference to candidates with prior experience in a large Content Marketing team.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), website content management systems (CMS), and email marketing tools. Preference to candidates with experience with relevant AI tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Creative, self-motivated, and passionate about engaging communities through storytelling.
- Knowledge of Israeli culture and fluency in Hebrew is a plus.
