Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Educational Content for Lifecycle Emails: Develop compelling and educational content for lifecycle marketing emails to drive conversions of new customers and improve retention of existing customers.
  • Improve Retention Through Targeted Content: Create content that engages existing customers and drives product usage through newsletters, product updates, and educational guides.
  • Grow Blog Traffic: Develop and execute a content strategy that drives organic traffic to the blog. Research and write high-quality, SEO-optimized articles that attract business owners, entrepreneurs, and startups.
  • Collaborate on Cross-Functional Content Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop content that supports various initiatives, including product launches, webinars, and customer education.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5+ Years of Content Marketing and Copywriting Experience: Proven experience in a content marketing or copywriting role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SEO and Content Strategy: Demonstrated experience developing and executing a content strategy that drives organic growth and understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Background in Lifecycle Email Marketing: Experience creating content for lifecycle marketing emails and familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
  • Experience Creating Educational Content: Proven ability to create high-quality, educational materials that provide real value to business owners and entrepreneurs.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Experience using content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to measure performance and optimize future content.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align content with broader business goals.
