Two Circles’ Content Capability maximizes the impact of sports content through content strategy consultancy, multi-format content production, and channel management. Our services include creative and video content production, digital marketing campaigns, strategy, insights, full management of digital and social media platforms, and commercialization of digital platforms.
We are looking to hire an experienced Lead Consultant to join our talented and growing content team in North America. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all major US sports, with a particular expertise in basketball. You must be a fantastic communicator capable of leading a growing team and possess an in-depth knowledge of platforms and emerging digital trends.
This is a unique and exciting role to help alter the social landscape in North America and play a key role in shaping the rapid expansion of the Two Circles Content Capability.
We seek a social media expert to lead a new project for one of our biggest global clients. This person should have an in-depth knowledge of basketball, both on social media and broadcast, and be comfortable devising and delivering high-level content strategies and campaigns on behalf of a major global company.
They should be organized, proactive, and accountable, empowering our team to deliver daily results while remaining focused on long-term goals. We want a fantastic communicator, a discerning and empathetic leader, and an exceptional team player.
ROLE SUMMARY
- Leading a major new project for our main content client in North America.
- Formulating and executing a multi-platform content strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, delivering against ambitious key performance indicators.
- Managing, motivating, and developing a team to consistently deliver on targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Spearheading our always-on coverage of the high-profile basketball league, producing excellent results daily both in and out of our rights portfolio.
- Coordinating teams in multiple locations with immaculate organization and logistical acumen.
- Planning and executing content campaigns around key moments in a busy calendar.
- Ensuring our content stands out and attracts engagement in a crowded space.
- Forging a distinct and appropriate tone of voice across our platforms, always sensitive to the client’s brand and principles.
- Helping the client leverage existing high-profile talent relationships and ideate on new features, content strands, and collaborations.
- Knowledge of integrated services like marketing, campaigns, paid media, and sports sponsorship.
- Working closely with our wider content team to drive innovation and creativity on all social accounts, always striving to improve performance.
- Identifying opportunities for collaborations with leagues, teams, clubs, and creators.
- Building strong relationships with platforms and staying up-to-date with new products, services, tech, and algorithm changes.
- Working closely with our insights team to consistently monitor and adjust output to improve performance.
- Researching, reporting, and presenting for internal and external requirements.
- Running paid media campaigns across all platforms.
- Developing strong relationships with other areas of the Two Circles business as well as the wider Content Capability in multiple locations globally.
