Engineering teams within Netflix work hard every day to scale and innovate content production and member experiences in an ever-growing complex software landscape. Content Engineering builds the products and services used by our internal and external creative partners to create, launch, and promote our global content and ads. Our products enable the entire workflow of content creation, from pitch to play, and provide innovative new ways to develop and manage entertainment at scale. Responsibilities Own and drive engineering cross-functional initiatives planning and execution. Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including goals, objectives, and timelines by collaborating with peer engineering and Technical Program Managers. Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Organize and manage key engineering events and tech forums. Be a change agent! Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies (processes, tools, etc.) to systematically improve team efficiency, effectiveness and remove bottlenecks to improve how we deliver value to our partners and customers. Lead and drive sophisticated decision-making and problem solving in a conclusive, confident, and timely manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field. Proven experience in program management with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Good knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates and management techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $170,000 - $720,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
