What You'll Do:

• Craft compelling, SEO-driven content to attract, engage, and convert audiences.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and optimize APG's website for performance and rankings.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover optimization opportunities and guide content strategy.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies that move the needle on search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Analyze website performance with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other key platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, creative writers, and technical teams to integrate SEO best practices into all content.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest trends in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
• Audit and fine-tune the website to resolve technical SEO issues and improve overall performance.
• Generate actionable reports with clear insights, metrics, and recommendations to enhance results.
• Contribute to blog management with fresh ideas and content updates to boost visibility and engagement.

What You Bring to the Team:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field and/or equivalent experience in content creation, visual design, and digital marketing that showcases your creativity and technical skills.
• A portfolio highlighting your ability to create compelling content and visual designs-highly desirable!
• A solid understanding of SEO best practices and web technologies.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles-experience with web design is a plus!
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
• A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and uncover opportunities.
• Familiarity with SEM strategies and digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills-you thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.
• A passion for driving measurable results and staying up-to-date with evolving trends in digital marketing.
