Syllo is seeking a marketing coordinator experienced in writing content and managing projects to completion to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer, experienced at managing marketing vendors, and comfortable drafting technical content.

In this role you’ll work closely with the Executive Vice President who spearheads marketing and the CEO, as well as other stakeholders to help drive the growth of the company. Hiring Timeline: January 2025

Responsibilities:

●      Draft content for the Syllo website

●      Write technical documentation for Syllo’s products, such as FAQs and how-tos

●      Prepare blog posts

●      Prepare case studies based on input from customer success

●      Research trending topics on social media and create targeted and compelling content

●      Create scripts for video content

●      Manage outside vendors, tracking project milestones, holding vendors accountable, and communicating with Syllo management

Qualifications:

●      At least three years as a marketing coordinator, including at least 1 year of experience marketing B2B products or services

●      Experience creating social media content

●      Demonstrated expertise writing about technical subject matter

●      Experience creating website content

●      Experience drafting blogs and other longform content, such as whitepapers

●      Experience editing WordPress websites a plus

●      Experience writing about software, SaaS products, or AI a plus

●      Qualified to work in and resident in the United States

●      Able to work in a remote environment
 

This position can be performed remotely or be based in New York City. Compensation will be negotiated based on your experience.
