Role Info:
The Global Brand Management (GBM) Operations and Delivery team at Client is looking for an exceptional, collaborative, and highly adaptable person to fill the role of Project Manager on our demand generation content releases. This is a key role for a highly proactive, results-oriented person who will confidently drive execution of the creative assets for our demand gen campaign releases, partnering with the Associate Creative Director (ACD) and campaign managers. You will work independently with the campaign teams, internal creative teams, external agencies and other key stakeholders to deliver always-on brand demand generation digital programs supporting pipeline for Client.
The ideal candidate has previous experience managing the development demand generation assets and programs with significant moving parts and deliverables within an agency and/or internal creative department. The Project Manager is highly comfortable leading meetings and coaching senior-level partners in a fast paced, solutions-oriented environment. This individual will drive the execution of various components of demand generation assets across various internal stakeholders, being the central source-of-truth for a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Working with campaign managers, help to develop campaign release timelines to ensure on-time delivery of campaign assets to Localization teams, digital media and other content teams. Be a strong advocate to allow enough time for our creative team to produce great work.
- As an extended member of the demand gen campaigns team, ensure they have the latest updates on Brand guidelines, messaging and corporate-level Brand campaigns that may affect demand gen campaigns.
- Arrange enablement sessions to share key information.
- Along with the Associate Creative Director, lead twice-yearly design explorations of demand gen campaign templates to align with latest Brand campaign look and feel and voice and tone/messaging.
- Attend bi-weekly campaign team meetings reporting on latest status of current release deliverables.
- Manage project intake and execution with key campaign stakeholders. Manage flow of work to our internal design team and make sure designers have access to the information they need to produce great work.
- Review creative briefs to ensure writers have quality content to write demand gen copy for display, social, video and email.
- Manage and track creative assets for demand gen campaigns. Assets may include display banners using DCO, social media, video, content syndication and email.
- Manage creative reviews with ACD and Executive Creative Director as needed and all campaign stakeholders. Requires being on top of timelines and working with teams to get feedback in a timely manner.
- Conduct QA review of all final assets before delivering to campaign team Sharepoint and uploading to the GIC App in SURF (Client’s flagship Platform tool). Must be done for each asset delivered.
- Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives.
- Provide timely status reports; meeting follow-ups and action items, introduce risk-avoidance tactics to minimize project delivery concerns and communicate timelines and approval framework for cross team understanding.
- Facilitate team discussions, resolve conflict & escalate risks to leadership when necessary.
- Partner with ACD, Brand Strategy and other leads to identify, develop, and roll-out roadmaps and new processes to enable team efficiency and success.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of project management experience in a creative agency or internal creative marketing team that produces results-driven demand generation campaign assets.
- Experience managing integrated demand campaigns with multiple placements across a variety of media, including DCO display advertising, social media, video and email.
- Experience working on production, deployment and optimization for digital executions.
- Experience with e-commerce and digital asset management platforms, ideally in consumer or tech.
- Ability to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional ability to look at a large-scale program at a holistic and macro level and clearly communicate deliverables across a cross-functional team
- Outstanding organizational, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment on multiple projects in a large company atmosphere.
- Proven experience working for creative brands both consumer and B2B. Strong command of the creative process for development of traditional media.
- Ability to work on a global scale across many internal stakeholders with varying degrees of experience with visual storytelling and the production of digital assets.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
