The Role The Creative Strategic Sourcing Manager will support, develop, and execute sourcing strategies and projects for Block. You will oversee the progress of the Creative category of spend. You will report to the Marketing Category Lead in the Procurement Organization and will manage the global progress of all Creative Sourcing work. This is a fully remote role within Block.
You Will Work with the Design, Creative and Production Teams to Develop and Manage a Pipeline and Roadmap of Creative Sourcing Projects and Negotiations.
Actively Support Strategic Sourcing Projects and Negotiations through the Strategic Sourcing Process.
Support Contracts and Sourcing Requests through the Source-to-Pay Process.
Develop Relationships with Key Partners and Key Stakeholders.
Support Team KPI’s such as Savings the primary KPI as well as Category Specific KPI’s.
Help our Company partners Identify, Contract and Manage the Best Vendor and Agency Partners for the Business.
You Have 5+ Years of Sourcing Experience Supporting Marketing with Experience Supporting Creative.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Marketing Degrees.
Certifications such as CPSM or Similar.
Basic Experience with Contract Commercial/Legal/Business Terms and Contract Structures for this Category of Spend and Vendor Relationships.
Financial Acumen and Project Management Experience.
Strong Collaboration in Cross-Functional Environments.

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Pay Zones Zone A: $111,700 — $167,500 USD
Zone B: $103,800 — $155,800 USD
Zone C: $98,200 — $147,400 USD
Zone D: $89,400 — $134,000 USD
