POSITION SUMMARY :
The Sr Coordinator, Content Creation supports the Creative Studio in all aspects of design projects for the various Calvin Klein brands. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, image research and campaign concept development, traditional print and digital initiatives such as on-product marketing, in-store point-of-sale materials and the roll out of multiple mechanical files.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Ability to concept and communicate 360 campaign ideas
-
Knowledge of and interest in current industry trends and culture
-
Produce high quality designs
-
Create in-store materials, co-op advertising and other traditional collateral advertising for owned and wholesale retail environments

Assist with multiple design projects and create design solutions in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high-energy environment
-
Fulfill multiple project requests while meeting development deadlines.

Concept, manage and execute against seasonal campaigns across brand categories specific to the North America region

Ability to design digital banner and paid social advertising
-
Skilled in graphic design and a keen attention to typography
-
Great understanding of retail environments
-
Maintain brand continuity across all projects and platforms
-
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with marketing, production and project management teams.

Internal: Project Management, Creative Operations, Marketing Group,
Creative Studio, Integrated Production, Fashion Office, and Channel Management.
External: Agency partners

DECISION MAKING:
Makes recommendations for design adaptations to ensure brand vision integrity and alignment.
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines. Creative and detail oriented is necessary in completing all projects. Must be flexible and solution oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to quick changes, requests and deadlines.
ENVIRONMENT :
The Agency has an open floor layout that encourages team members to engage and inspire one another. Occasional late hours and weekend work could be required depending on seasonal concepts and specific project needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Experience:
-
2-3+ years professional experience
-
In-house and fashion experience, a plus.
-
Retail/Brand experience, a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Marketing or related concentration preferred.
Skills:

Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote

Figma is a plus
-
Understanding of latest digital trends
-
Great compositional and typographical skills.

Strong in communicating ideas with team
-
Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams.

Proficiency in HTML5/CSS/Flash and other motion graphics, a plus.

Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Ability to adapt to an internal project management system to review briefs, track progress and deliver materials.
Pay Range:$65,400 - $80,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
