Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead concept, design and delivery of on-brand creative across all marketing channels to drive customer engagement and increase loyalty. Develop creative briefs and campaigns for all marketing channels, working closely with strategy and insights, agencies, and key stakeholders. Oversee all customer communication and in-store décor, ensuring it delivers on the overall Brand communication strategy. Utilize research and insights to create relevant, on-strategy designs and develop metrics to gauge impact. Manage team to deliver on-time, flawless execution of all creative assets. Manage creative agency relationship(s) and contract development. Act as main point of contact for Support Brand Consumer Insights team. Lead Brand Experience Design for Hannaford, partnering closely with Strategy, Insights, Agency and Retail partners to enhance and maintain consistency of the brand across all customer touch points. Lead the development and distribution of Brand guidelines and governance, ensuring all work is on strategy across internal and external touch points. Establish and lead creative review process across all marketing channels. Assess opportunities for and initiates creative alignment/updates across channels. Ensure timely updates to Brand Book and manage onboarding of all creative partners. Oversee channel strategies for Social, Digital, and Broadcast, based on budget and channel mix established by marketing strategy team. Partner on development of the Social strategy, balancing paid and organic approaches to build equity for Hannaford. Partner on development of the Digital strategy, balancing awareness and conversion efforts. Align to all creative briefs for Social, Digital and Broadcast. Oversee creative process, partnerships and associated resources for the marketing function. Drive operational efficiencies in the creative and production process to decrease non-working expense. Own budget management and transparency in monthly estimates of expenses within approved budget. Inspire and motivate a team of marketers, designers, and partners to continuously strive for and achieve new levels of performance and impact. Support growth and development of team members through everyday coaching, capabilities training and annual reviews. Act as an advocate and champion of the Marketing function in creating a work environment, initiatives and programs that demonstrate growth impact, customer centricity, and a collaborative approach. Qualifications and Experience: In-depth understanding of business process and strategy. Experience in strategic marketing and brand building (minimum 10 years). Experience in effective brief writing and evaluation of creative (minimum 10 years). Experience in effectively managing creative resources, agency relationships and creative production processes (minimum 5 years). Experience in creative planning and budget management (minimum 5 years). Experience as a leader of people and developer of talent (minimum 3-5 years). Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence at all levels. Ability to inspire and influence across business functions. Ability to assess creative and effectively communicate feedback. Ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively manage through change. Ability to shape and lead a high-performance team (internal + external partners). The Salary Range for this position is $160,000 - $240,000.
