Overview Job Details: We are looking for a Vice President/Creative Director, Copywriter to lead a dynamic and growing piece of business on a retail account. Together with a CD/Art partner you will be the lead day-to-day creative team working on Brand Advertising. You’ll bring bold concepts that earn attention and grow brand love. Excellent copy craft brimming with humor and backed by insightful human truths is a must. You have a mastery of the modern media landscape, knowing what levers to pull across the funnel – from traditional brand placements like TV and OOH, to natively integrated social campaigns, to cleverly targeted digital ads that stand out. You know your way around a film set and can make cool stuff, regardless of the production budget. You are collaborative, preferring to build alongside your colleagues & break new ground together. You will be working closely with clients and will represent the Digitas values: fearless, inventive and generous. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Have a proven track record of thinking conceptually and strategically across multiple platforms. Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your ideas. Oversee the development and execution of everything from large-scale, multi-channel campaigns to small, one-time projects. Direct teams in execution with an appreciation and understanding of craft. Build relationships internally and externally that enable stakeholders to trust you when taking risks. Partner with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA and tech. Motivate and manage direct reports, working with creative operations on career development Qualifications Required: Four-year degree and at least ten years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand-building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work, along with expertise developing cross-channel campaigns. Additional information “Compensation Range for Atlanta: $121,000 - $166,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
