Diebold Nixdorf is looking for a Senior Creative and Graphic Designer. This role, under the direction of the Senior Director, Creative Services, is responsible for helping lead all brand related creative work that supports the company's business objectives. The role will develop along with other team members' creative strategies and briefs that lead to the creation of impactful creative marketing and communications materials. This individual must have in-depth knowledge, skill and experience in branding and design for a variety of digital marketing and communications.

Diebold Nixdorf is looking for a Senior Creative and Graphic Designer. This role, under the direction of the Senior Director, Creative Services, is responsible for helping lead all brand related creative work that supports the company's business objectives. The role will develop along with other team members' creative strategies and briefs that lead to the creation of impactful creative marketing and communications materials. This individual must have in-depth knowledge, skill and experience in branding and design for a variety of digital marketing and communications.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for producing all graphics and illustrations for use in marketing materials, advertising campaigns, demand generation initiatives, trade shows and events, digital-websites - and other visual communications media.
- Collaborate with core team to ensure:
- appropriate copy/graphic alignment;
- that marketing and communications materials reflect the creative strategy of the company;
- and are effective-consistent with our corporate identity
- Review marketing and communications material to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies and appropriate tone, style, and overall alignment with project request and business needs.
- Champion brand positioning at every point of contact, upholding integrity of creative standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including gathering requirements, soliciting feedback, and incorporating changes, to ensure project success
- Identify creative trends in the industry to help guide product development, marketing and overall thought leadership.
- Achieve designated goals by holding self and team accountable.
- Maintains the highest levels of integrity and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferably with an art-related degree or the equivalent.
- Minimum ten years' experience as a Creative and Graphic Designer.
- Excellent eye for design and typography with the ability to deliver constructive feedback on projects to enhance deliverables.
- Experience supporting executive requests by pitching creative, if required.
- Demonstrates strong relationship management skills, both external and internal.
- Self-driven and well-organized individual with a high level of creativity, energy and attention to detail.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey design best practices and project details and ideas across all levels.
- Aptitude for strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Experience in budgeting and dealing with budget constraints.
- Projects optimism, likeability and passion, and is competitive and adaptable.
- Adobe Creative Suite expertise. PC proficiency (MS Office Suite, CRM tools, etc.)
- Experience with After Effects and video post-production is a plus.
- Fluent communication in English
