This role requires a proactive leader capable of working autonomously to develop operational resources and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scale innovative experiences aligning with our strategic vision. The ideal candidate will drive the production process with keen insight, ensuring the delivery of timely, high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end production process for pilot and proof-of-concept projects ensuring excellence in delivery. Design and implement operational playbooks, training materials, and tools for global delivery support. Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to align projects with the company's vision and strategy. Develop and present comprehensive reports highlighting program specifics, insights, and lessons learned. Innovate pilot project structures and workflows, enabling effective testing and scalable success. Must-Have Skills: Proven leadership in managing integrated creative projects. Strong capability in budgeting, scheduling, and scope management. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Industry Experience: Prior experience in advertising, technology, marketing, or media is preferred. Familiarity with startup or 0-1 project environments is highly desirable. Candidates must be located in San Francisco or Los Angeles and be prepared for a workload of 50 hrs/week, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
