MVP, Brand, Integrated Marketing Solutions & Creative Services Qualifications 15+ years’ experience in high-performing brand and marketing leadership roles within the business-to-business sector Demonstrated creative leadership in an agency and/or in-house center of excellence Considerable experience leading large, multi-disciplinary brand, marketing and creative teams Highly effective collaborator who understands the value of working together in teams to accomplish more than what is possible individually Innately curious problem solver who can successfully navigate through ambiguity Highly coachable leader with a propensity to action feedback for continuous self-improvement Ability to prioritize self and others based on business objectives A propensity to follow and continuously improve proven practices Possess a growth mindset, believing that capabilities are not fixed and can continue to grow with consistent effort Critical listener, interpreting and responding in a timely manner, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively across all audiences Understands the importance of establishing credibility and trust through delivering demonstrable results Responsibilities In this key leadership role, you will lead a high-performing integrated marketing solutions team and a vitally important creative center of excellence to clearly articulate, consistently activate, and continuously refine the Gartner brand in all external marketing and internal communications to effectively engage prospects, clients, associates, recruitment candidates and other key stakeholders to accelerate Gartner’s long-term growth Create and continuously refine a strategic brand framework to drive higher levels of performance and consistency in sales programs, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications Define and consistently apply a compelling differentiated visual, audio, and written identity system across all channels to improve the performance of sales and marketing programs Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure consistent corporate messaging is utilized in all media across owned, earned, social, and paid channels to effectively articulate, in a differentiated manner, what we do, how we do it, and the value we provide Continuously improve the performance and business impact of marketing programs through the deployment of subject matter experts working in virtual teams focused on delivering high-quality creative assets to key stakeholders throughout the enterprise Guide the creative strategy for external promotions and marketing programs Define creative standards for internal communications to ensure consistency across all external and corporate communications Lead a high-performing team of strategic marketers, creative professionals, and brand specialists operating in a busy hybrid work environment Benefits A seat to the table to help drive peak performance in a growing, people business Exposure to industry-leading training and development Performance-based recognition and rewards When you join our team, you’ll have access to a vast array of benefits to help you live your life well Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates We also offer market-leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr
