We’re looking for a proactive, motivated, and organized Creator Relations Manager to join our Talent Relations team! This role is central to expanding Trend Management’s creator roster by identifying new categories of influencers that bring diversity and drive revenue. As an Influencer Recruiter, you’ll lead the recruitment process while also temporarily managing new talent to ensure a smooth transition into the Trend roster. You will also be responsible for the onboarding process for new signs, liaising with the management team to facilitate GTKY meetings, gathering feedback and welcoming creators into Trend.

Responsibilities:

Industry Research & Recruitment Strategy

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and influencer marketing opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential influencer clients and provide informed recommendations for recruitment strategies.

Talent Relations (Prospective)

  • Manage the full lifecycle of influencer recruitment, from pitching to onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries and outbound client wish list communications.
  • Lead client pipeline calls, gather critical business insights, and present opportunities to leadership.
  • Effectively communicate Trend’s culture, values, and capabilities to prospective influencers.
  • Build and maintain healthy influencer relationships
  • Maintain and update the ASANA database with detailed records of influencer inquiries, analytics, and conversations.

Talent Relations (Existing)

  • Create and optimize existing Talent Relations processes including contract renewals, performance tracking, and growth reporting.
  • Collaborate on talent matching, team shifts, and other operational needs to ensure seamless client service delivery.

Overall Team Support

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and provide accurate information to leadership in advance of discussions.
  • Think creatively to develop solutions that enhance influencer and client experiences.
  • Actively participate in client events, networking opportunities, and occasional travel as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by being a collaborative and professional team player.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized with excellent time- management skills
  • Sales and pitching experience are required
