**About Us:**  
Bearapy is committed to providing valuable resources for families with special needs children. We create video-based therapy exercises and educational materials designed to empower parents and caregivers to practice effective therapy at home.

**Responsibilities:**  
- Create short, informative videos highlighting tips, techniques, and activities for parents of children with special needs.  
- Share personal experiences, advice, and insights to help fellow parents in their journeys.  
- Collaborate with our team to ensure content aligns with Bearapy's mission and standards.  
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for future content.  

**Qualifications:**  
- Must be a parent or caregiver of a child with special needs.  
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.  
- Comfortable in front of the camera and capable of creating engaging video content.  
- Basic knowledge of video recording/editing is a plus but not required.
