About the Team

The mission of creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.

Responsibilities
-Responsible for the international e-commerce creator growth platform, focusing on product functionalities for creator incentives and campaigns.
-Integrate creator campaigns and incentives with other growth products.
-Help creators understand rewards for platform activities and enhance their experience. Support operations in improving activity conversion and ROI.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in internet product management or related industries.
-Strong leadership, excellent communication, and project management skills.
-Experience in international and multi-language e-commerce products is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience in international and multi-language e-commerce products.
- In-depth understanding of both eCommerce business and creator ecosystem, knowledge of affiliate product is a plus.
