We are looking for a talented and creative full-time Social Media Content Creator & Account Manager to join our team. This role involves crafting engaging content, managing online communities, boosting patient engagement, and collaborating with esthetic providers and patients to ensure a steady stream of content for our social media channels.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop high-quality content (photos, videos, graphics) for social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar.
- Write engaging captions and posts.
Community Management:
- Monitor and engage with our social media community.
- Respond to patient inquiries and manage feedback and reviews.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track social media metrics and analyze performance.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Driving New Business:
- PlDemonstrate past success in driving new business through social media.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain patients.
Coordination:
- Collaborate with esthetic providers and patients to ensure a consistent flow of content.
- Travel to Westchester, Fairfield County, Northern NJ, and Stamford, CT to capture content and engage with staff and patients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
- Strong portfolio showcasing engaging content.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations.
- Demonstrated success in driving new business through social media.
