Marketing/Manufacturing: Full Time Multimedia Content Creator
WiscoLift is seeking a talented Multimedia Content Creator / Trainer to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through video, blogs, and social media accounts, creating outbound marketing material. In addition, you will coordinate and provide on-site employee training and off-site Safe Lifting Seminars, providing crucial safety information so that our customers' vendors and employees are OSHA-compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging blogs, images, and video content for online use.
- Produce “how to” videos for material handling products using video production software.
- Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products.
- Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Facilitate/Respond to online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers to the management team.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Establish appropriate branding of all social media accounts' layout and content.
- Collaborate to discover new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions, and implement postal and email marketing campaigns.
- Add new customers to the CRM system and maintain all lists. Create targeting mailing lists.
- Design and implement monthly and special email marketing campaigns.
- Design and send out direct USPS marketing campaigns for various company divisions.
- Develop/email Customer Satisfaction Surveys to check customer satisfaction and forward complaints or issues to appropriate team members.
- Change pricing and make text updates to Shopify and WordPress websites.
- Provide Forklift and Scissor Lift training to new in-house employees. Print out training cards for all employees.
- Go to Client Facilities to provide Safe Lifting and Crane Operator Seminars.
- Schedule training with customer contacts and send training proposals.
- Maintain training PPT presentations, videos, sign-up sheets, and equipment examples.
- Ensure that when ASME and OSHA standards are updated; all training presentations are accurate and modified, if applicable.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a social media coordinator.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms' best practices.
- Ability to write creative written and imagery content (text, image, and video).
- Experience in filming and video editing, a plus
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including speaking in front of groups or individual customers, co-workers, vendors, and the public.
- Software - Adobe Creative Cloud; Premier Pro, WordPress, GoDaddy, Canva, WIX, Media Encoder, Shopify, Hubspot, and Photoshop experience a plus. Zoho or Salesforce sales tools is also a plus.
Job Type: This a full-time position within a small manufacturing company. The position could become hybrid working within the office and off-site.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 annually. Yearly Bonus & Additional Benefits are available.
