Goldman Sachs Ayco Personal Financial Management partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforceleveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their employees. Ayco believes companies best serve their stakeholders and the greater economy when their employees financial lives are clear, understood and in their control. Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Support Ayco group education strategy and goals by generating content for in-person and virtual personal finance education sessions
- Work with the head of group education to develop and deploy engaging and accessible group education content
- Distill complex financial concepts and technical content created by subject matter experts into simple language that can be broadly understood. Content on a basic, intermediate and advanced levels
- Partner with writing and design teams to coordinate production of content ideas and concepts
- Source and develop ways to enhance group education content with live polling, video, audio, persona development and other learning approaches
- Apply adult learning concepts to content creation and evolution
- Develop and maintain close relationships with subject matter experts and group education speakers to constantly evolve and enhance content and delivery approaches
- Liaise with financial planning technical resources and compliance teams to verify the accuracy and compliance of all content
- Monitor group and adult learning industry trends and best practices to inform content that will resonate with Aycos various audiences
- Leverage feedback and analytics to measure impact of content through surveys and other data collection methods to generate reports; use data and research to improve content
- Ensure content is developed with a client mindset and to ensure consistent tone, experience and that materials are meeting business objectives
- Develop other content as needed for the broader marketing team (e.g. blogs, web copy, presentations, etc.)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WERE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors degree required; major in finance, group learning, communications or marketing preferred
- Three years of financial planning experience, preferable with an investment advisor OR three years of financial writing or content development experience
- Ability to represent complex ideas across a spectrum of audiences and sophistication levels
- Client service and delivery mindset
- Strong ability to help visualize content in learning curriculum and other channels
- A self-starter and the ability to build strong relationships a must
- Financial designations (CFA, CFP, CMFC, CIMA, etc.) a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
