This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:

- Develop a clear vision for how Figma's products interact and advocate for this vision across the organization.
- Enhance design practices within the team through processes like critiques and design sprints, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Advance Figma's design systems to support seamless user experiences across all products.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years of design management experience.
- Experience leading design efforts for a suite of products or working on features that span multiple product lines.
- A proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges.
- Hands-on expertise with Figma and other common design tools, and a strong ability to mentor and guide design teams.
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
- An understanding of the unique challenges of integrating multiple products into a cohesive user experience.
- Experience working on technical products or complex systems (e.g., productivity tools, gaming, word processing, etc.).
- Depth in the latest AI developments and modern tooling.
- Experience working on early stage or zero-to-one projects.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, bringing a sense of humor and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Comfort exploring and experimenting with new methodologies and continuously seeking to improve both personal and team performance.
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills.
