Design Associate

Overview:
At Majestic, we are currently expanding and looking for additional design associates. At Majestic, we specialize in Finished Basements, Kitchens and Bathrooms.

Responsibilities:
Design Associates at Majestic work both sales and design. Overseeing 5-7 projects committed to Majestic and sales leads weekly. Design Associates are responsible for on-boarding potential clients and completing renderings and selections with the client. Additionally the Design associate will stay with there client throughout there project ensuring the design is to expectation. The production end is ran by our project coordination team.

Tasks Overview:

• Sales 3-5 Meetings per week
• On-Boarding Clients on BuilderTrend
• 2D and 3D Renderings on Chief Architect
• Cabinet Plans
• Selection Meetings
• Selection Procurements
• General Communication with Clients
• Pre-Production Tasks
• Meeting on Site for Milestones
• Meeting with Clients during Production

Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in Design or Architecture
• 5+ Years in design experience
• 3+ Years in sales experience
• Experience in Chief Architect or Similar Program
• Experience in BuilderTrend

Compensation

• $25/Hour 30 Day Trial Start. Review at 30 Days
• Base Pay Estimated: $57,500 to $65,000.00 Yearly
• Sales Commission: Discussed At Interview
• Holiday and PTO: Discussed At Interview
• 401K Plan and Match 6% of Gross Pay (After 6 Months)
• Medical Insurance: Discussed at Interview (After 6 Months)
