Overview:

We are seeking a talented and visionary Brand Design Lead/Art Director with an advertising background to elevate the creative presence of multiple food & beverage brands. This role will oversee the creative process across print and digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience across all locations. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in brand strategy, ensuring consistency across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of print materials, including monthly menus, flyers, packaging, and in-store branding, ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Oversee digital content, such as website updates, email marketing campaigns, and social media visuals, to maintain a cohesive brand experience.
  • Direct and manage photo and video shoots, ensuring that all visual storytelling aligns with the brand’s identity.
  • Develop and implement a brand strategy that ensures consistency across all creative assets and marketing efforts.
  • Handle content management systems and make minor design adjustments, such as color changes, to ensure consistency across digital channels.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely project updates and brand consistency.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Oversee branding efforts for multiple properties, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all platforms and channels.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, ideally with an advertising agency background.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse print and digital projects, particularly within the restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven experience in directing photo and video shoots and working with content management systems.
  • Expertise in brand strategy with a demonstrated ability to maintain consistency across visual touchpoints.
  • Experience managing multiple brands and collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory, with the ability to uphold brand integrity across different media.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus:

• Experience working with food, beverage, or hospitality brands.

• Knowledge of motion graphics (e.g., animated GIFs, simple animations).
