Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a digital designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!
We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly digital content across multiple platforms, including websites, mobile applications, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and user experience (UX) to create designs that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including banners, website layouts, mobile app interfaces, social media graphics, and email templates.
- UX/UI Design: Collaborate with product teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines, voice, and style.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
- Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes and mockups to visualize design concepts and present them to stakeholders.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize digital assets based on performance metrics, feedback, and emerging design trends.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize a library of digital design assets for reuse and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in digital design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), Figma, and Sketch.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a bonus.
- Creative Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and creative problem-solving.
