Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the marketing team and brokers to create marketing materials that support Stream Houston's dedicated business units.
You are an experienced strong communicator, are extremely organized and well-prepared, with a keen eye for detail and some design experience. You are a team-player with strategic and proactive solutions and can work collaboratively with a variety of personalities under multiple competing deadlines.

Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the marketing team and brokers to create marketing materials that support Stream Houston's dedicated business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with and work under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director, meet with sales and PM teams to produce a variety of marketing deliverables on a day-to-day basis.
- Work with the marketing team in suggesting ways to streamline and create efficiencies in the production of deliverables including templated assets and vendor relations.
- Be able to assess a project, identify missing pieces, and communicate that information to complete tasks quickly and clearly.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects simultaneously under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director and design team.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and general knowledge of production methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in the design and production of marketing deliverables.
- Leverage an array of marketing templates and update content, design, and imagery daily.
Qualifications
- BA or BFA in a design-related filed from an accredited university
- A minimum of 2 years as a graphic designer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization, project management and communication skills
- Ability to (1) work autonomously and effectively and cross manage-multiple projects at one time and (2) work collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients
- Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized, excellent time management skills and ability to interface with local executives
- Can champion and become an expert in design, production and printing best practices
- Continuously drive for improvement and sustainable change, intellectually curious, flexible, and adaptable
- Has a structured approach to problem solving
