As a Brand Designer at Obviously AI, you will play a critical role in maintaining our brand design system. This position is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a genuine passion for AI technology. You will be responsible for designing and implementing brand elements across various customer touchpoints, including digital and physical experiences.
Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, you will ensure that all external deliverables align with our brand standards and effectively communicate our value proposition. Your ability to quickly learn and adapt to our existing design system will be essential in maintaining brand consistency. You will also engage in brand design projects, helping customers envision the future of AI with Obviously AI.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Advocate for cohesive and innovative design solutions that drive business results.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful presentations, PDFs, and customer-facing materials that support our sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
Brand Design and Development:
Design, develop, and implement our refreshed brand design system across all customer touchpoints for digital and physical experiences, including guidelines, templates, digital ad campaigns, events, website, and case studies.
Expand on the brand design system with ongoing exploration and development of the design toolkit, including illustration, motion, iconography, and graphic elements.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Document and communicate design and creative learnings to other members of the Creative Studio and stakeholders across the company.
Work directly with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to produce presentations, PDFs, and customer-facing materials.
Motion Design:
Create motion designs for our social media, paid media, mock UIs, and product experience use-case scenarios, helping customers envision the future of location-based experiences with Obviously AI.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years of visual design experience creating brands and/or visual design systems that extend across digital and traditional mediums.
Proven track record of working in a professional setting, ideally for a tech startup or SaaS company.
Skills:
Strong typographic skills and demonstrated experience in print and digital environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and mid-level proficiency in After Effects.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand design, illustration, and motion design.
High attention to detail with a drive for design perfection.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
