Are you a CAD Pro with structural engineering design experience looking to join an excellent Michiana employer?
The ideal candidate will be motivated and self-directed and have a solid history of bringing an organized, friendly approach to work daily. You will perform various tasks supporting our engineering team, assisting in project development from start to finish, including 3-D modeling, preparing construction documents, and coordinating with client/consultants' plans and designers. Construction administration, related duties, and limited overnight travel may be required depending on specific assignments and the applicant's qualifications.
Qualifications should include:
• Excellent understanding and abilities with REVIT
• Comprehension of and ability to read blueprints, structural systems, weld symbols, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CAD Technician or Designer
• Superior and innovative communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to stay organized while handling multiple projects
