As a Product Designer, you will gather feedback from users and use this knowledge to improve the product experience. You will be an advocate for users, working to unify the product experience across the platform by leading the construction and maintenance of our design system. Ultimately, you will help create a world-class remittance solution.

The range in Colorado for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based upon work experience, and skills.
As a Product Designer, you will gather feedback from users and use this knowledge to improve the product experience. You will be an advocate for users, working to unify the product experience across the platform by leading the construction and maintenance of our design system. Ultimately, you will help create a world-class remittance solution.
What You'll Do:
- Make data-driven design decisions to improve the product
- Map user journeys and flows to create a seamless user experience
- Sketch, wireframe, and mockup screens and user flows iteratively, with varying levels of fidelity
- Prepare and present design proposals to the team
- Prepare screens and components for handoff to the engineering team
- Work directly with the product and engineering teams to better understand the technical aspects and business needs, and help them better understand the user needs
- Engage in backlog negotiation along with your product and engineering peers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes.
- Inquisitive and a critical thinker
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Curious about what drives people to behave a certain way and what goes into their decision-making process
- Familiarity with design thinking and human-centered methodologies or philosophies
- Avid user of hotkeys/keyboard shortcuts or anything that helps streamline the workflow
- Experienced with Figma, with a deep understanding of all of its features and functionalities.
- Nice to have: Experience in Financial Services or with complex applications, prior experience working with large distributed global teams, experience with highly regulated products, and a strong interest in digital payment solutions.
