Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Architectural Designer with strong skills in Archicad and Revit to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Project Managers, design teams, and clients to develop design concepts and produce high-quality, detailed architectural drawings. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and models using Archicad and Revit software.
- Create detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design integrity, constructability, and compliance with project specifications.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, 3D models, and visualizations for client meetings and approvals.
- Participate in project coordination and documentation to ensure smooth workflow across all project stages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in architectural design and BIM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as an Architectural Designer with expertise in Archicad and Revit.
- Proficiency in other architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and materials.
- Ability to create detailed, accurate, and visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices is preferred.
