We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Legal Case Editor on a hybrid schedule, 2 days in office 3 days remote in Miami Beach, Florida. This role involves reviewing, refining, and editing written content to meet the specific needs of the audience and the standards of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and authors to clarify content and resolve discrepancies.

• Utilize AI tools and templates to create well-structured documents, adjusting prompts for accuracy and clarity.

• Edit and proofread case-related documents and evidence for grammatical accuracy, consistency, style, and tone.

• Ensure that case materials are logical, cohesive, and free of errors.

• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive case information.

• Verify the accuracy of data, references, and citations included in the case materials.

• Applicant should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Paralegal role or similar capacity
• Proficiency in briefing and understanding legal matters is crucial
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
• Ability to draft and review legal documents is necessary
• Experience in content editing with attention to detail is a must
• A degree in Law or a related field is desirable
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of legal terminologies and principles is essential
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold legal ethics
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
