If your answer is yes, let's talk! 3D Digital, a fast-growing multimedia agency specializing in digital marketing, video production, and branding, is recruiting for a Media Manager (DIT) & Video Editor; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.

In this role, you will take the lead in organizing, managing, and optimizing our media assets to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows, in addition to handling video editing and post-production. You'll work closely with both creative and technical teams to ensure that media is easily accessible, organized, and ready for production needs. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive salary, generous benefits, and will be performed onsite at the company's Jacksonville headquarters.

*Please note that this position focuses on media management/editing and does not involve field work or videography.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing, with a solid portfolio showcasing diverse video content
  • Proficiency in media management systems and workflows, with experience in file management, backup, and archival techniques
  • High-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
  • Knowledge of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and compression methods
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design
  • Experience with server or NAS systems and their implementation in media production
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality
  • High school diploma

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience with 3D animation, VFX, or advanced motion graphics
  • Familiarity with cloud-based media management tools and remote collaboration workflows
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and data management in media production environments
