Job Summary
The School of Visual and Performing Arts at Tulsa Community College is seeking qualified candidates for an Adjunct Film Instructor to begin Fall 2024. Primary responsibilities include teaching Filmmaking and Film and Film/Video History Analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with other faculty in the leadership of the Art and Theatre Departments and will seek to provide a holistic student experience.
Salary based on course contract.
Minimum Qualifications
Master of Arts (MA) in Film Studies.
Master of Arts (MA) in Film and Video Production.
Teaching and professional experience may be considered if the candidate meets the other qualifications listed in the job description.
Philosophy compatible with that of a comprehensive urban community college.
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Film and Video Production.
PhD in Film Studies.
