About this role:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Brand Team at Tempus. This person will play an essential role in the development of marketing collateral spanning various mediums including web, print, video, social media, packaging, and experiential design directed at physicians, researchers, life sciences companies, and patients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, communications, medical, sales, product design, and software engineering to create collateral across multiple business units.
- Continuously evolve our website to keep up with the growth of the business and ensure a strong digital presence as a thought leader within the precision medicine and healthcare space.
- Effectively update and produce new print and digital sales material to align with our brand and tell our story in a compelling and polished format.
- Build captivating email marketing campaigns to highlight product launches and maintain customer engagement.
- Create print and digital advertisements that elevate the Tempus brand.
- Work with the communications team to execute successful social media strategies.
- Produce event collateral in conjunction with the experiential events team to elevate virtual and in-person conferences and expos.
- Lead projects from end-to-end, delivering on multiple deadlines effectively with minimal oversight from the manager.
- Provide a consistent example of high-quality work and productive critique to the team.
- Update operational design processes to streamline workflow in a continuously growing environment.
Requirements:
- 4+ years design experience
- Advanced in web design software; Figma in particular is a plus
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite—InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; advanced knowledge on motion graphics is a plus
- Experience working with print partners including optimizing and preparing files for print
- Portfolio showcasing command of visual design principles, especially around typography, iconography, grid structure, and information hierarchy
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into concise graphical representations
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- Healthcare and/or tech experience is a plus
